North Ogden Utah real estate market bounced back after a
series of sales downturn that started in June. Sales of residential homes
increased in North Ogden last month over the same period the year earlier. Median sales price as well delivered a good number last month moving ahead over
October 2010.
The market finishes strong in October which logged a total
of 18 new and resale residential North Ogden houses. That was 33.33 percent above October
2010 sales of 12. Similarly, the median sales price climbed 12.17 percent from $143,500
in October the year ago.
Meanwhile, in month-by-month comparison, October home sales
managed to pull away from September which posted total sales of just 11. The
median price of $163,375 also represents an increase over September’s median of
$147,500.
